Where do we ship?

When will I get my order?

For orders in the US and Canada, please allow up to 1 business day for processing and then up to 3-4 business days for shipping.

For all other locations, please allow up to 1 business day for processing and then up to 4-6 business days for shipping.

When will I get a tracking number?

Can I get my order delivered to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address in Canada and the US. We can only deliver to a physical address.

What type of marker or pen can I use?

We recommend 2 options for the markers:

a) Lumocolor Correctable: If you want to limit smudging and keep your notes and doodles for a longer period we suggest the Lumocolor Correctable markers by Staedtler. These are hybrid-style markers that are a cross between a dry and wet-erase. So they will "dry-erase" for up to 7 days. But don't worry the markings or doodles will still come off after if you use a very lightly damped paper towel with a bit of water. 

b) Expo Ultra Fines: If you are looking to use the Wipebook for temporary notes and doodles we recommend the Expo Ultra Fines; these will come off very easily with a dry paper towel for example up to 7 days. We recommend using Expo Cleaner after 7 days in order to remove the marks.
